About the Role:
- Support complex conveyor and robotics systems using WMS/WES/WCS skills.
- Identify software/network issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve problems.
What You'll Do:
- Remote into systems to evaluate Windows/Linux logs and troubleshoot TCP/IP networks.
- Collaborate with QA/Implementation teams and serve as primary contact for select sites.
Who You Are:
- 2+ years of WMS/WCS/WES experience with strong troubleshooting abilities.
- Clear communicator able to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
