Talent Acquisition Recruiter

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offer negotiation. Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking. They will also build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and anticipated future hiring needs. They will also create and post compelling job descriptions across appropriate platforms to attract diverse talent. The ideal candidate should be able to track and analyze key recruiting metrics.
