Location and Arrangement:
- This role is based in Mainland China and is fully remote.
- You will work as part of a globally distributed team.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Act as front-line technical owner for strategic enterprise customers deploying ClickHouse on Alibaba Cloud.
- Triage, classify, and track cases, identifying recurring patterns and feeding back into knowledge base and product teams.
- Escalate complex issues to global engineering teams while remaining the single point of contact.
