Remote Client Protection Agent — Entry Level

The Role:

• Clients come to you with a real concern about protecting their family financially.
• You walk through their situation and help them choose coverage that genuinely fits.
• No cold calling or chasing anyone down—every client has already requested information.

Training and Mentorship:

• Full training covers coverage fundamentals, empathetic conversations, and closing policies.
• Experienced agents mentor you as you build confidence and your own client base.
• We'll guide you through getting licensed for Life & Health insurance if needed.

Earnings:

• Pay is 100% commission, uncapped, averaging $800 to $1,200 per policy closed.
• Full-time agents realistically earn $75,000 to $300,000+ in year one.
• Pay is issued daily/weekly, with performance-based incentives for hitting milestones.

Requirements:

• U.S. resident and background-check eligible.
• Licensed for Life & Health insurance, or willing to become licensed.
• A genuine desire to help people solve a problem they already came to you about.
