Job Description

Join a team consistently recognized for achievements and culture. The next class starts December 1, 2025, with 4 weeks of paid training, Monday through Friday, 9am - 6pm CDT. After training, a fixed schedule of 40 hours per week, including a Saturday shift, is offered. As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you will help manage new and existing claims, ensuring smooth and accurate processing. Problem-solving skills, a passion for helping people, and a team-oriented attitude are key to success in this fast-paced role. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for delivering an outstanding customer experience. The primary job function involves responding to customer service interactions via phone, live chat, SMS, email, and social media. This includes assisting with policy or billing questions, accepting new claims, and processing policy changes.
