Job Description
The Regional Director for Australia & New Zealand is responsible for leading and executing Extreme Networks' go-to-market strategy across the ANZ region. This role encompasses direct and channel sales leadership, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue growth, market share, and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include strategic leadership to develop and implement a sales strategy, sales management to lead a high-performing sales team, channel development to cultivate relationships with key partners, customer engagement to maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, and forecasting & reporting to provide accurate sales data. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration and market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
