Program Leadership:
- Lead a portfolio of federal energy and infrastructure programs across multiple QGS project sites.
- Ensure successful execution of program objectives, customer requirements, scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
- Prioritize resources and attention across assigned locations based on business and operational needs.
Collaboration & Improvement:
- Partner with the Project Management Office to implement program governance, reporting requirements, and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Construction Operations, Safety & Quality, Finance, and HR.
Risk & Performance Management:
- Proactively identify, evaluate, and resolve program risks and contractual requirements.
- Prepare and present program performance reports, financial forecasts, and operational metrics.
- Support proposal development and business planning activities as assigned.
