Architect, operationalize, and scale the learning and performance systems that empower our advisors to thrive. Lead both the Training and Enablement functions, owning strategy, content, tools, and performance adoption across the Agency. This is a senior leadership role responsible for designing the infrastructure, processes, and programs that enable The Zebra’s Agency to grow rapidly over the next three years. Your mission is to build a scalable, measurable enablement engine that accelerates advisor readiness, consistency, and results.
You will lead and build the enablement function, designing and delivering scalable learning systems. You will also drive performance enablement and measure, report, and scale impact.
