Systems Engineer

Internal Platforms:

• Own the internal request queue, administer Google Workspace and identity systems, and support cloud infrastructure.
• Deploy and operate internal applications on Kubernetes using Helm and ArgoCD, and maintain monitoring and alerting.
• Handle security and access hygiene including patching, MFA enforcement, and offboarding.

Project Support:

• Handle incoming issues from customer teams, reproduce problems, gather logs, and resolve or hand off cleanly.
• Execute deployment and maintenance runbooks against customer environments and flag unclear or brittle steps.
• Assist with hardening and compliance work and grow into environment builds and platform ownership.

Across Both:

• Participate in incident response and contribute to postmortems focused on system rather than person.
• Collaborate with a fully remote, distributed team using asynchronous communication.
