About the Role:
- Detail-oriented and professional role.
- Responsible for coordinating vehicle releases and pickups.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates to vehicle files.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Confirm vehicle pick-up details and obtain release authorization.
- Arrange for transport and assist with personal item removal.
- Maintain accurate notes in the system about each vehicle and all interactions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of one year office support experience in a customer service role.
- Great communication skills and typing speed of 45 WPM.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
