Job Description
This role involves achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual renewal and expansion targets, as well as the ability to qualify and negotiate expansion opportunities within existing accounts. You will be analyzing customer engagement to form accurate forecasts and identify and manage risk throughout the year through proactive touch points, taking the lead in developing resolution strategies. The role requires leading and presenting at regular remote client meetings and working cross-functionally with Customer Success and Delivery teams throughout the customer lifecycle. Acting as an internal advocate between customers and business functions, ensuring the appropriate resources are engaged, is vital in driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion results.
