Responsibilities:
- Manage X’s litigation portfolio in close collaboration with outside counsel.
- Provide counsel on litigation risks, advising internal stakeholders on legal strategy, lawsuits, and dispute resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including compliance, policy, and product, to address legal issues impacting X’s platform and operations.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 7+ years of post-qualification experience litigating in Indian courts.
- Exceptional brief-writing and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of legal issues around user-generated content, privacy, platform liability, consumer laws, and regulatory compliance.
Additional skills:
- Experience working in a law firm is preferred.
- Proven track record of winning cases.
- Experience advising international, multinational, or global companies.
