Job Description

The VP Solutions Consulting role at Lantern involves serving as a thought leader, leveraging expertise to deliver tailored solutions to clients, and achieving high win rates and long-term client satisfaction. The Solutions Consultant acts as a key deal strategist, collaborating with Sales, Client Success, and Consultant Relations to analyze client needs and propose best-fit solutions supporting growth and retention through expertise during the sales and renewal process. They will also work internally to solution complex requirements, bridging the sales process with ongoing Client Success to ensure proposal commitments are met and the role requires 10-15 years of experience in consulting or a customer-facing role in health and benefits, with strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.
