Senior Program Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations

As a Senior TA Operations Program Manager at Dropbox, you’ll lead high-impact initiatives that simplify, scale, and modernize the way we hire. Sitting at the intersection of systems, process, and experience, you’ll own the roadmap for TA operational excellence—working cross-functionally to automate workflows, improve hiring efficiency, and ensure alignment with our broader People tech ecosystem. You’ll apply robust strategic thinking, stakeholder savvy, and a bias for action to improve how we attract and hire top talent. You will lead strategic modernization of Dropbox TA Operations roadmap. You will also manage all TA tools and vendors with a focus on improving adoption, tracking usage metrics, and ensuring ROI across the tech stack.
