System Integration
Position Overview:
- Orchestrate the integration of Cobalt’s core technology stack— specifically ERP and HRIS systems.
- Acts as the platform technical lead implementing enhancements, training users, and troubleshooting issues.
- Enables Cobalt’s partner companies to leverage a scalable, standardized, and insight-driven technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver integrations on schedule with minimal disruption to operations.
- Ensure core systems are correctly linked and data flows reliably.
- Improve integration speed, quality, and repeatability by maintaining integration playbooks.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience leading complex systems integrations.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple integrations in parallel.
