Accountabilities:
- Own the HubSpot instance and the marketing setup in Salesforce CRM for the Americas.
- Proactively troubleshoot system, workflow, tracking, and data issues to eliminate bottlenecks.
- Design and maintain dashboards that connect Marketing activity to pipeline and revenue.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in managing a modern B2B marketing tech stack, with experience in HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into insights.
- Ability to build trust and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
