Responsibilities:
- Support the Marketing Operations Manager and implement new processes.
- Partner with various teams to launch successful campaigns.
- Ensure database accuracy and proper segmentation.
Analytics & Optimization:
- Drive attribution strategy and track performance.
- Optimize marketing automation and workflows.
- Maintain and optimize lead lifecycle and scoring processes.
Minimum Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or related fields.
- Expert-level experience in HubSpot.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.
