ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Provides client analytics and hypothesis leveraging internal client data and external market research
- Collaborates and partners closely with support partners and other areas of expertise to develop hypotheses and programs for execution
- Executes on strategic plans and is accountable for the pertinent aspects of assigned initiatives as it relates to the acquisition, deepening and retention of clients, field support and or innovation initiatives
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field and/or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in financial services
- Demonstrated multiple project management leadership skills; experience in organizing, planning and executing large-scale, multi-functional projects from vision through implementation
COMPETENCIES:
- Strong understanding of business partner strategy
- Strong written and verbal skills; beginning to develop ability to organize information in clear, consistent format
- Able to work independently under general direction / supervision
