Job Description

Agog, a groundbreaking nonprofit organization at the intersection of technology, communications, and social impact, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated executive administrative partner to join our team. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to multiple senior leaders, including scheduling, calendar management, and travel coordination as needed. You will also attend meetings, take notes, track action items, draft correspondence, and prepare meeting agendas and presentations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience supporting executives in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, Concur, and Asana is a plus. Most importantly, an interest in Agog's mission is desired.
