Job Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service support to healthcare providers via phone and email
- Manage event vendor processes including activation, payments, and reporting
- Generate pre and post event reports and train staff on event management
Qualifications:
- Fluency in French and English is required
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to multitask independently and in a team
Additional Information:
- Prior healthcare experience is preferred; project planning experience is a plus
