As an HR Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in shaping our workforce strategy, partnering with leadership to drive performance, engagement, and continuous improvement. If you’re passionate about making an impact and influencing positive change, this is the role for you! This role is remote in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.You will work alongside managers, supervisors and individual contributors to enhance the employee experience and support business goals. You will also execute change management initiatives, optimize HR processes, and lead readiness activities to prepare for future challenges. It is important to stay connected to the workforce and use data for decision-making. You will also oversee HR administrative processes, payroll, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
