About the Role:
- First line of contact for Ooma Enterprise.
- Coordinate project implementation with stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
- Manage customer onboarding, provisioning, and configuration.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed.
Experience:
- 2+ years in Customer Success or Implementation.
- Strong networking fundamentals and communication skills.
