Payroll Vendor Relationship Manager

• Experience in regional/global payroll vendor operations and implementing payroll software in multiple countries.
• Excellent contract negotiation skills, deep understanding of global payroll best practices, and spreadsheet proficiency.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct continuous market research to map out best-fit payroll vendors and present recommendations to leadership.
• Project manage new country onboarding from vendor selection and contract negotiation to system migration and testing.
• Review invoices, track costs against contractual terms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure vendor SLA compliance.
