Head of SMS Lead Generation Strategy (Sending & Data Acquisition)

Role Overview:

• High-impact, builder-level role responsible for designing and scaling a compliant, performance-driven SMS lead generation engine.
• You will own the full lifecycle of SMS-based acquisition, from sourcing and negotiating data partnerships to building messaging infrastructure.
• Operate at the intersection of data acquisition, compliance, and high-volume performance marketing.

Accountabilities:

• Build and own the end-to-end SMS lead generation engine, including data sourcing, infrastructure setup, and campaign execution.
• Identify, vet, and negotiate partnerships with data providers to secure compliant, high-intent homeowner data.
• Ensure full compliance with TCPA regulations, 10DLC requirements, and carrier guidelines across all messaging activities.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in performance marketing, lead generation, or business development.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in high-volume SMS marketing.
• Deep knowledge of TCPA compliance, 10DLC registration, and carrier filtering rules.
