Job Description

We’re looking for a Employee Experience & Events Manager who will own the design and execution of experiences that help Pulley’s team feel connected, valued, and inspired. This role is equal parts strategist and operator and you’ll own our global employee experience roadmap, from onboarding to company-wide events to everyday engagement programs. You’ll design innovative experiences that bring employees together, strengthen our culture, and create an environment where people can do their best work. From curating company offsites to shaping onboarding journeys to driving engagement initiatives, you’ll play a central role in making Pulley a place where talented people thrive.
