Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight of transportation, freight forwarding, and project logistics operations.
- Directly manage, mentor, and develop operations and project management teams.
- Oversee complex domestic and international logistics projects and ensure compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
- 7–10+ years of progressive experience in transportation, logistics, or freight forwarding.
- Proven experience directly supervising teams, including performance management and coaching.
- Strong knowledge of project cargo and multimodal transportation; proficiency in TMS and Microsoft Office.
