Own end-to-end sourcing and outbound recruitment for U.S. technical roles.
Manage candidate communication from outreach to scheduling and pipeline updates.
Partner with the hiring team to refine sourcing criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and run outbound campaigns via cold email and cold calling.
Use AI-enabled sourcing tools to identify and prioritize candidates.
Handle candidate screening and scheduling across U.S. time zones.

Required Experience:

2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting at a U.S.-based startup (seed to Series B).
Proven track record of sourcing and closing multiple U.S. software engineering roles.
Strong outbound recruiting skills and comfort with AI tools.
