Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Run full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and supporting offers through close.
• Fill pipelines with cold outreach, referrals, and events — not just process inbound applications.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand what “exceptional” looks like for each role.

Qualifications:

• Clear communicator with strong writing skills: you’ll write JD’s, reports, debriefs, offer letters, and internal documentation.
• Genuine interest in people: reading them, persuading them, advocating for them.
• Evidence you learn hard things fast — what, how quickly, and what the result was.
