As a key member of our Sales team, your primary focus will be to convert qualified leads into delighted Paddle customers. You'll engage directly with a diverse range of companies, from SaaS to AI to app companies to established businesses within these landscapes, as they explore their e-commerce provider needs. Your role is critical in helping us define, drive, and achieve our revenue targets, ultimately bringing us closer to our vision of making Paddle the go-to solution for SaaS, AI, and app businesses worldwide.
You will build pipeline from leads provided by Business Development Representatives and Marketing, as well as self-sourced opportunities. You will also be responsible for the full sales cycle from prospecting, qualifying, carrying out demos through to closing deals.
It is expected that you master Paddleβs product, understand the industry and articulate Paddleβs value to CTOβs, Heads of Product and CEOβs alike. Working with management and across departments, you will determine the most effective approach for each sales opportunity and identify flaws in both Paddle's and competitors' products to inform sales techniques and the product roadmap. New sales skills are learned and refined with regular sales training sessions. New Account Executives should be mentored as they ramp and learn the process.
