Job Description
You will report directly to our VP of People and operate as both a hands-on recruiter and a builder of scalable systems. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a high-growth environment, balances execution with strategy, and is excited to play a foundational role in shaping GrowthLoop’s culture and talent engine.
Own full-cycle recruiting for all EPD roles (sourcing, screening, closing). Partner with CTO, VPs, and hiring managers to scope roles, define requirements, and calibrate candidate quality. Build and enforce company-wide recruiting processes that drive consistency and fairness across all roles. Drive Greenhouse adoption across the organization, ensuring it becomes the single source of truth for recruiting. Establish analytics and dashboards (time-to-fill, funnel conversion, source effectiveness) to enable data-driven decision making. Design and deliver interviewer training, structured debriefs, and hiring manager enablement programs. Source proactively via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and talent mapping. Maintain a candidate-first experience, delivering timely updates and feedback to sustain >95% offer acceptance. Develop recruiting infrastructure: standardized templates, playbooks, dashboards, sourcing workflows. Manage vendor and agency relationships; drive ROI and accountability. Elevate GrowthLoop’s employer brand through thought leadership, candidate content, and external visibility.
Partner with People Ops on onboarding, headcount planning, and compensation benchmarking. Support managers with role scoping, job leveling frameworks. Contribute to employee engagement and cultural initiatives, reinforcing GrowthLoop’s values and commitment to excellence. Act as a connector between recruiting and HR to reduce silos and ensure a unified, end-to-end talent lifecycle.
