Talent Sourcer Mexico Remote

The Sourcer is responsible for identifying and engaging potential candidates for active and upcoming roles. This position focuses on high-volume sourcing efforts, ensuring a continuous pipeline of qualified leads for the recruiting team. The Sourcer will leverage various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, databases, universities) and initiate first contact with potential candidates to assess interest and basic fit, handing over warm leads to the TA team for next steps. Key responsibilities include identifying and attracting potential candidates using various sourcing tools, executing Boolean searches on LinkedIn and job portals, conducting initial candidate contact, maintaining candidate information in the ATS, collaborating with TA Specialists, providing updates on sourcing progress, researching market trends, ensuring candidate engagement, and meeting daily/weekly KPIs.
