Job Description

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will execute sales campaigns, generating new business opportunities via cold email outreach. Responsibilities include identifying and targeting through research and outreach via LinkedIn, Apollo CRM and job boards. Present and sell candidate resumes to decision-makers. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities within HubSpot. Collaborate with the recruiting team to qualify resume profiles for sales campaigns. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the HubSpot CRM system. The ideal candidate should have 2-4+ years of sales experience within an IT recruiting agency, demonstrate the ability to sell resumes to cold prospects, and possess strong LinkedIn and job board prospecting skills.
