Salesforce Ownership & Reporting:
- Serve as the primary contact for Salesforce reporting and analytics.
- Design, build, and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Ensure consistent definitions of metrics, KPIs, and pipeline stages.
Data Hygiene & Quality:
- Own Salesforce data hygiene, accuracy, and integrity.
- Implement and enforce data standards and validation rules.
- Monitor data quality and proactively identify and resolve issues.
Process Improvement & Optimization:
- Analyze existing sales processes and identify opportunities for efficiency.
- Partner with sales leadership to document, refine, and improve sales workflows.
- Support Salesforce configuration changes related to process improvements.
