Salesforce Administration:
- Perform day-to-day Salesforce configuration (fields, page layouts, record types)
- Maintain and update small Flows and automation components
- Partner with the Senior Salesforce Admin on larger automation projects
RevOps Generalist Responsibilities:
- Identify and fix CRM inaccuracies (duplicates, missing data, misaligned owners)
- Ensure proper setup of renewals, upsells, and new deal configurations
- Support subscription/billing sync accuracy
