About the Opportunity:
- Join the Technology Command Centre team to ensure reliability and continuous improvement of technology operations.
- Be at the forefront of driving operational excellence in a dynamic, fast-paced environment by monitoring critical systems and troubleshooting incidents.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor system performance, execute incident detection protocols, and coordinate response efforts to resolve issues promptly.
- Implement recovery procedures, collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, and maintain detailed incident records.
- Contribute to knowledge base development and provide efficient technology service desk support for inquiries and requests.
Requirements:
- Hold a Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field with 1-5 years of experience in IT operations and support.
- Possess proficiency in problem-solving, excellent analytical abilities, and effective communication skills in English and Mandarin.
