Why This Role:
- As a Principal, you will play a senior leadership role in growing the business and delivering transformational results.
- You will shape and close major consulting engagements and lead complex transformation programs from boardroom to plant floor.
Your Impact:
- Grow the business by owning an annual sales target and building trusted C-suite relationships.
- Lead the work as accountable executive on multiple transformation programs, owning client outcomes and commercial performance.
- Recruit, coach, and develop Managers and Senior Managers.
What You Bring:
- 15+ years in management consulting or senior manufacturing leadership with proven sales success.
- Strong knowledge of Operational Excellence, Lean/Six Sigma, safety management, and large-scale change.
- Established C-suite network and willingness to travel 80%+.
