Job Description

We are looking for motivated and “customer focused” sales professionals to join our awesome sales team. As a SuccessKPI Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating opportunities, building lifelong customer relationships, driving revenue growth and contributing to our dynamic growth culture. You will solve customer problems by uncovering their needs, meet with customers and prospects to explain how our solutions align with their needs, and develop pipeline by finding and qualifying leads. You'll also lead executive level conversations with customers, work with partners, and stay updated with sales trends. Candidates should have a BS/BA degree, 8+ years in technology sales, 5+ years as an Account Executive, and proven experience uncovering customer needs. Strong skills in MS Office, CRM, and relationship building are essential, along with excellent communication and a winning mindset. Experience in the call center industry is a bonus.
