Position Overview:
- Act as an embedded training and user-support resource for an assigned Tier 1 SME team.
- Ensure end users receive timely, site-specific support and help strengthen adoption of processes and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Embed with the Tier team to understand workflows and advise on training content updates.
- Coordinate and deliver instructor-led classes, virtual sessions, and drop-in support as needed.
- Track recurring issues and user feedback to recommend appropriate training interventions.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience delivering training or providing end-user support in a business or healthcare environment.
- Proficiency with Oracle Health EHR and ability to translate complex processes into clear guidance.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Expected Deliverables:
- Documented understanding of the Tier’s training and support needs.
- Coordination and delivery of refresher training and user-support activities.
- Periodic reporting on training activity and improvement opportunities.
