Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs across in-person, eLearning, and virtual formats.
- Mentor and coach a team of trainers to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of training.
- Partner with stakeholders and Clinical IT on strategic initiatives, enhancements, and release cycles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant necessary experience; 3+ years in athenahealth.
- Knowledgeable about extended medical terminology and HIPAA compliance.
- Experience with workflow optimization and iterative process improvement.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base pay range $79,000 to $94,000 plus eligibility for an annual bonus targeted at 15%.
