What you'll do:
- Deliver comprehensive training on athenaOne, Nabla, Impilo, and other systems remotely and in person.
- Create and maintain workflow documentation, ensuring procedures reflect current best practices and new functionality.
- Provide ongoing support to team members, troubleshooting and optimizing system use.
Who you are:
- At least 3 years of hands-on athenaOne implementation, training, or support experience.
- Strong communication and technical writing skills to convey complex information and document processes.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
