- Support athenaClinicals and athenaCollector applications for Privia Medical Group clinicians.
- Provide second-level issue management and troubleshooting for athenaOne incidents.
- Assist with testing, onboarding, and maintaining documentation.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of clinical/managed care or EHR support experience.
- Knowledgeable about medical terminology and data collection.
- SQL and HTML knowledge required.
