About the Role:
- Act as a non-clinical member of the patient's healthcare team, supporting patients and providers.
- Provide empathetic, high-touch service, resolving non-clinical needs and communicating next steps.
What You'll Do:
- Provide support to patients and providers, triaging and resolving messages in the Care Center.
- Investigate complex situations, working with teams to translate information for patients.
- Contact pharmacies and insurers for prescription needs, including benefits verification.
What You'll Bring:
- 1-2 years in patient-facing admin, healthcare, or customer service.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Proficiency with EHR systems and comfort with AI-based tools.
