New Patient & Family Coordinator

About the Role:

• As a Patient and Family Coordinator, you will deliver exceptional service to patients and families, ensuring seamless access to care.
• Focus on high-quality support, scheduling, liaising between patients and care teams, and completing administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient care by creating initial treatment schedules and adjusting appointments with creative problem-solving.
• Provide prompt, kind, and thorough support to patients and families via calls and emails.
• Support the care team by managing administrative tasks like rescheduling, medical record requests, and patient transitions.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a customer service role with scheduling responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
• Comfortable navigating multiple technology systems and tools.
