About the Role:

• As a Patient Onboarding Associate, you are the first point of contact for new and existing patients.
• You will answer incoming calls and schedule appointments with physical therapists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, metrics-driven call center.
• Manage patient registration, scheduling, rescheduling, and provider communications.
• Accurately collect demographics, insurance, and appointment information.

Requirements:

• 1 year of office admin experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have reliable high-speed internet and a distraction-free home workspace.
