Coordinator, People Team

GiveDirectly is seeking three exceptional Coordinators for their People Team, focusing on Recruitment and People Operations. As a Coordinator, you will enable the People function to scale its impact, ensuring smooth operations for the global team. The People Operations Coordinator will issue contracts, run payroll, field support tickets, maintain the HRIS, and facilitate global mobility. The Recruitment Coordinator will source top talent, review CVs, conduct interviews, and improve the talent acquisition process. Ideal candidates will align with GiveDirectly Values, demonstrate core competencies, and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Fluency in English is required, with a preference for French. The Kenya base salary for this role is $30,000.
