Human Resources Operations Manager

The Human Resources Operations Manager will manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing employee relations. They will also process international payroll, benefits administration, and time and attendance, ensuring timely and accurate processing. This role will maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with local and international employment laws and regulations, provide continuous support and guidance to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, coordinate training and development programs, and facilitate performance reviews and goal-setting processes. The manager will also oversee vendor relationships and payments, plan and coordinate all-hands meetings and other company events, oversee operational tasks to ensure efficient functioning, and collaborate to improve internal operational processes.
