- Configure DHS OCIO Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solutions (VMware Workspace ONE, Intune, JAMF) and deploy mobile archive apps.
- Develop test plans, support documentation, and on-boarding/off-boarding processes.
- Resolve escalated issues, perform analysis, and implement corrective solutions.
Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain DHS Public Trust clearance; Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 2 years of MacBook development/support and JAMF; 5 years of MDM engineering ecosystem support.
- Knowledge of Workspace One, Active Directory, PKI, SSO, iOS, PowerShell, and API calls.
