About the Role:

  • You will lead a team of IT support staff and set technical direction for endpoint management, fleet automation, and IT operations.
  • Responsibilities include software procurement, identity administration, employee lifecycle management, and proactive monitoring.
  • This is a player-coach role where you will also build and configure systems using Okta, Jamf, Intune, and Terraform.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in IT engineering or management with deep MDM platform expertise.
  • Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell are required.
  • Experience with identity platforms like Okta and software procurement management is essential.

What to Expect:

  • You will have hands-on exposure to exploration projects with minimum one week of travel per year.
  • KoBold is a remote-first workplace open to candidates in the US or Canada.
  • The base salary range is $150,000 - $180,000 USD plus equity and 401(k) matching.
