Seed Account Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• You will analyze your sector's potential, identify key stakeholders, and build a roadmap with appropriate resources.
• You will develop and implement customer action plans, animate distributor sales teams throughout the commercial cycle.
• You will set up and monitor trials, showcases, and variety duels to demonstrate agronomic value.

Qualifications:

• You hold an agricultural or commercial engineering degree (Agri/Agro).
• You have a first experience in agro-distribution or seeds.
• You have agronomic and technical knowledge, CRM skills, and intermediate English (B1).
