Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial strategy: Analyze sector potential, identify key stakeholders, prioritize opportunities, and build a roadmap with appropriate resources.
- Sales development: Develop and implement customer action plans, and train distributor sales teams throughout the sales cycle to achieve targets.
- Agronomic development: Set up and monitor trials, showcases, and variety comparisons with local farmers and influencers to demonstrate the agronomic value of varieties.
Requirements:
- Agricultural or commercial engineering degree (Agri/Agro). Experience in agro-distribution or seeds is a plus.
- Strong agronomic and technical knowledge of crop management, and proficiency with CRM and digital tools.
- Autonomy, rigor, listening skills, and strong team spirit; residence in the designated area (departments 72, 37, 49, 41, 53, 44, 79).
